Misnomer

I have to give thanks to eagle-eyed Kristen over at the Schmick Schack. She clued me in that not only had the Hi-Fi Bungalow been mentioned in the houseblogs.net newsletter (I'm famous!) but they called Muncie. (d'oh!)

That's okay. Houseblogs.net wins the award for best bastardization of my name ever! Yay! I'm still stoked to be mentioned in the newsletter. Go buffalo, go!

Things have been developing slowly here at the Hi-Fi. There may be a new development with our fence. Let's reminisce. The part along our driveway fell down last year as pictured here:

Then we patched that part up with a little chicken wire. Our neighbors love us.

Now, 10 months or so later, we may actually get a new fence! Not just to repair the part that fell, but a privacy fence to go all the way around our backyard. Our house is on a corner lot, and our backyard runs alongside a fairly busy road with all manner of weirdos walking by.

This is pretty much what it is like currently. See that weirdo* behind the tree? If the fence was a privacy fence, we couldn't see him, and he couldn't see us! *Weirdo pictured is actually my husband.
We've been dreaming about this (very expensive) fence for a long time, so stay tuned...
